Arches

Railway arches can be a great place to run a business. From workshops to cafes to offices, they offer inexpensive and flexible space that can be adapted for a range of uses.

The Arch Co
There are currently a number of refurbished railway arches available to let throughout Southwark, including in the Old Kent Road and Elephant and Castle area. Find out more

Studios

Old Kent Road is home to many creative businesses working in a variety of industrial spaces. This includes studio space for artists, crafts-people and manufacturers.

The Toaster Factory
10,000 sq ft of new studio space (partitioned according to the needs of the business) is now available at the Toaster Factory, Penarth Street. Find out more

Artistic Spaces
Two recently completed studios, with natural daylight, are now available on Pages Walk. These are suitable for creatives, small crafts or admin/office/storage space. Find out more

Hatcham Studios
Hatcham has two storeys of studios ranging in size from 90 to 190 sq ft. Three studios are currently available. Find out more

Southwark Studios
Plans are also progressing for Southwark Studios to reopen as part of the London Square development, Crimscott Street, in 2020. Find out more
