Currys PC World and B&M: Ideas Week

Share ideas for the development of the PC World and B&M sites at 682 Old Kent Road from 19 July.

Plans are being made to redevelop the PC World and B&M sites at 585-589 and 593-613 Old Kent Road.

Southwark Council wants to deliver up to 500 homes on the site, half of which will be council homes. As well as new homes, the scheme will also include new commercial and community spaces and, potentially, a further education college. Find out more.

There are lots of opportunities for local residents and organisations to get involved and help inform the designs as the plans develop further.

Next week (from Monday 19 July) an exhibition opens at 682 Old Kent Road where you can drop in and hear more about the proposals. There will also be a number of scheduled workshops and talks in which to participate.
