Arches

Railway arches can be a great place to run a business. From workshops to cafes to offices, they offer inexpensive and flexible space that can be adapted for a range of uses.

The Arch Co
There are currently a number of refurbished railway arches available to let throughout Southwark, including in the Old Kent Road and Elephant and Castle area. Find out more

Old Kent Road is home to many creative businesses working in a variety of industrial spaces. This includes studio space for artists, crafts-people and manufacturers.

Space for creatives, small crafts or admin/office/storage is available at Action House, Sandgate Street. Find out more

62 Hatcham Road
Light industrial studio and workshop units (from 1,506sqf) are available on Hatcham Road. Find out more

Bermondsey Trading Estate

Hatcham has two storeys of studios ranging in size from 90 to 190 sq ft. Find out more
